End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Childo application ("App"), developed by the Childo team ("We", "Us"). By installing or using the App, you accept the terms of this Agreement.

License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Childo for personal, family use. You may not:

  • reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works based on the App;
  • distribute, sell, or rent copies of the App;
  • use the App for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Virtual Coins

Coins in Childo are virtual in-app currency. They:

  • have no monetary value and are not a financial instrument;
  • cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred between accounts;
  • are non-refundable upon account deletion or subscription cancellation.

Coins are awarded by parents to children exclusively within the App, based on task completion.

User Content

By uploading photos or other content through the App, you grant us a limited right to store and display that content within your family account. You retain full ownership of your content. All content will be deleted upon account deletion at your request.

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App;
  • temporary service unavailability due to causes beyond our control;
  • data loss due to force majeure circumstances.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the last 12 months.

Changes to Terms

We may update this Agreement from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you through the App or via email. Continued use of Childo after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate this Agreement. All intellectual property rights in the App remain with the Childo team.
